when I click on page marker extension, why does it open settings? And it stays there all the time.

It's the only extension that seamlessly keeps what I've written after scrolling up and down the page. The keybinds are simple and the features all work great. The only two issues are marking on pdfs (but there are plenty of extensions for that) and accidentally erasing everything by closing the extension without a way to save it. However, these really don't deter me from using it. Highly recommend!
There is no copy paste feature, Implementing those will be very helpful.
It's easy to use and movable. I liked how I could change the size of the marker. Except they removed it. now theres a gray rectangle replacing where the slider used to be.
